Plot Ratio of Composite Buildings

How to calculate the plot ratio of composite buildings?

1. We should first find out the actual plot ratio of the non-domestic part of the building. This will be PRan in the formula below.

2. We should then use the formula below to calculate the remaining plot ratio for the domestic part of the building, this will be PRad.

The plot ratio for the domestic part of a composite building shall not exceed the product of the difference between the permitted plot ratio for the building if it were a non-domestic building and the actual plot ratio of the non-domestic part of the building and the permitted plot ratio for the building if it were a domestic building divided by the permitted plot ratio for the building if it were a non-domestic building.
